1. Do I need to pay to post my listing?

      No, Atuleisure is currently 100% free to use. There are no posting fees, no subscription plans, and no ads. You can create as many listings as you want.

 

2. Who can register as an Agent?
 

Anyone who offers services, events, or spaces related to hobbies, sports, arts, or volunteering can register as an Agent. This includes:
 

• Trainers & instructors

• Event organizers

• Venue owners or managers

• Community initiatives
 



You’ll get access to booking tools and user messages.

 

3. How do I create a listing?
 

It’s easy:
 


	Go to your profile and click “Post an Ad”
	Choose the type (Venue / Trainers / Event)
	Select the right category
	Fill in your listing details and upload photos or videos
	Submit — your listing will appear right away!

4. How long does it take for my listing to go live?
 

Your listing will go live immediately after submission. All listings are automatically published and reviewed by our team afterwards.

 

5. Can I post in multiple categories?
 

Yes! You can mirror your listing in up to 5 related categories during the posting process.

 

6. Can I edit or remove my listing later?
 

Yes. Just go to “My Listings” in your profile. From there, you can edit, update, or remove any of your listings at any time.

 

7. How do bookings work?
 

Users can request a booking directly from your listing page.

You will receive a notification and can accept or decline the request.

You can manage all bookings from your dashboard.

 

8. Will I receive notifications for new bookings or messages?
 

Yes. You can enable email and in-site notifications in your Profile Settings.
 

You’ll get alerts for:
 

• New booking requests

• New messages from users

• Listings matching your alert criteria


 

9. Can I cancel a booking if needed?
 

Yes, but we ask that you do so as early as possible.

How to register as an Agent
 

Are you a trainer, instructor, event organizer, or venue manager? Atuleisure is the place to reach new clients and share your passion with your local community — completely free.

 

What is an Agent account?
 

• Post listings for venues, events, or training

• Receive messages and booking requests

• Manage your profile and media

• Grow your presence across Canada



 

Registration steps
 

1. Click Sign Up at the top of the site

2. Fill in your Email and choose a Password

3. Select Agent as your account type

4. Agree to the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Booking Guidelines

5. Click Next to continue

6. Fill in your Personal Details (name, address, phone, etc.)

7. Add info about yourself in the About Me section

8. Click Next to finish


 

Email confirmation
 

• After submitting your details, you’ll see a confirmation screen

• An email with an activation link will be sent to your address

• Please check your inbox and click the link to activate your account



 

That’s it — you&rsquo;re ready to post listings!
 

• Once your email is confirmed, you can immediately access your profile

• You can create listings from your dashboard and start getting bookings

How to post a listing
 

Atuleisure makes it easy to share your space, skills, or events with people looking for something new to try. Whether you&rsquo;re a trainer, event host, or venue owner — posting a listing is free and only takes a few minutes.

 

Step 1: Choose your listing type
 

• Click on Post an Ad from your profile or the top menu

• Choose whether you’re posting a Venue, Trainer, or Event

 

Step 2: Select a category
 

• Use the category selector to choose the most relevant topic for your listing

• You can also choose up to 5 related categories to mirror your listing

 

Step 3: Fill out the listing form
 

• Add a title and description of your offer

• Include details like location, age group, accessibility, and any extras

• Upload up to 5 images and 3 videos, or link a YouTube video

• Add your contact info and social media links

 

Step 4: Submit your listing
 

• Click the Submit button at the bottom of the form

• Your listing will go live right away and appear publicly on the site

• You can edit or remove your listing anytime from your profile

 

Listing types: what&rsquo;s different?
 

• Trainer listings include booking functionality — users can request sessions directly

• Event listings allow you to set event dates, time, and whether it&rsquo;s free or paid

• Venues are places available for activities — you just describe what’s offered
