This Booking Policy ("Policy") governs the use of the booking feature available on AtuLeisure.com ("the Website") in relation to hobby and sports services, primarily provided by individual instructors and coaches ("Agents"). By using the booking feature, you confirm that you understand and agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

1.1. At the current stage, the booking feature is accessible to all users. In the future, it may be limited to registered users only.
1.2. By submitting a booking request, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

2. Scope of Booking

2.1. Booking is currently available only for services provided by individual instructors and coaches.
2.2. Future listings may include rentals or sales of hobby equipment and other service types. Separate policies may be introduced accordingly.

3. Booking Process

3.1. Users may request a time slot for a training session or hobby-related appointment via the booking calendar available on the instructor’s ad page.
3.2. Upon submission, the request is forwarded to the Agent, who may accept, decline, or propose changes.
3.3. All further communication, including confirmation and scheduling details, is conducted directly between the User and the Agent via the Website’s internal messaging system.

4. Payments and Cancellations

4.1. The Website does not process payments for bookings. Any financial arrangements must be agreed upon directly between Users and Agents.
4.2. The Website is not involved in any refund, rescheduling, or cancellation procedures. These are solely at the discretion of the Agent.

5. Agent Responsibility

5.1. Each Agent is responsible for managing their availability, response time, booking confirmations, and cancellation rules.
5.2. Users are encouraged to review the individual policies outlined in the Agent’s ad description, if available.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Website functions solely as a platform for connecting Users and Agents. We do not participate in or guarantee the fulfillment of any booking.
6.2. We are not responsible for any cancellations, no-shows, changes, disputes, or outcomes related to booked services.
6.3. Users are advised to exercise personal judgment and due diligence when engaging with Agents.
